Spring Sisters is led by founders Sheila Friedland and Eleanor Rono. Sheila (Founder, Operations) has spent over a decade building efficient operations for brands across tech, hospitality, architecture, and CPG — designing the systems that let teams scale. Eleanor (Managing Partner, Supply Chain) brings deep supply chain expertise and a proven track record of results across industries. Together, with a global team across the US, Hong Kong, and the Philippines, they run the operations and supply chain behind growing CPG brands — and recently launched and now manage their own CPG brand, Saucier.
